Commercial Innovation Hub

Linked partnered with Samsara Eco on the delivery of their highly confidential Commercial Innovation Hub located near Canberra. Linked provided full project management services for this groundbreaking facility, which spans an estimated 7,300 m² and includes a 2,800 m² industrial building, workshop, laboratory, office/reception areas, amenities, and 45 car parking spaces.

Samsara Eco—named Australian Hero 2022 at the InnovationAus Awards for Excellence—is at the forefront of sustainable technology. In collaboration with the Australian National University (ANU), they have developed a revolutionary enzyme-based platform that breaks down plastics such as PET, nylon, polyurethane and polycarbonate. Unlike traditional recycling, Samsara’s process produces recycled plastics with virgin-quality performance, enabling infinite reuse.
