During his career, Craig developed a strong understanding of team work, humility, patience and the will to win from working on the land for over 20 years. These attributes have been instrumental in successfully delivering projects ranging from complex land developments and subdivisions, high end residential projects, retail, commercial and industrial projects and over $35 million of challenging and unique projects for the international hospitality and leisure giant, Merlin Entertainments.

Di Jones brings a unique approach and expertise to clients and projects combining over 20 years’ experience as a senior project construction manager and her exceptional communication skills, high EQ and infectious personality. This has enabled her to engage entire project teams on some of the most complex and challenging premium fitout and refurbishment projects for both local and international clients with budgets up to $150 million. In 2019, Di was recognised as winner of the Award for Achievement in Construction, Refurbishment and Fit-out in NSW by NAWIC for her delivery of the Bank of China.
In addition to her experience in a number of construction delivery methodologies, Di brings an appreciation of international culture, architecture and design to her projects.
Renowned for her contribution to the property industry in support of diversity and inclusion and the interests of women in construction, Di continues to set bench marks for organisations and individuals in the property sphere.
Nigel brings a strategic client centric perspective to all his projects. With a property, facilities and development background at Australia’s largest general insurer, his meticulous attention to detail provides clients with an unsurpassed level of confidence in managing risk and delivering outstanding results. Renowned for his ‘out of the box’ thinking, Nigel has consistently maximised returns for asset owners with innovative development opportunities and client satisfaction for tenants who receive the benefit of his unique approach.
Bringing to each project the added value of Advisory, Strategic Planning, Procurement, Contracts, Digital Infrastructure, Change Management, Logistic Management and Technical and Essential Services, Nigel’s expertise is not limited to simply the design and construction of the physical build. Notwithstanding a primary focus in large-scale commercial and retail environments in recent years, Nigel is also experienced in a delivery of projects in F&B, Education, Health, Childcare, Law, Hospitality and Commercial environments for international and domestic clients.
Penelope’s design background and experience provides Linked clients with an assurance that the project brief is fully understood and communicated to the project team.
Penelope has natural people and leadership skills, this creates an environment whereby all project members understand the plan, milestones and objectives. She possesses a keen eye for detail and an inherently valuable understanding of client needs.
A valuable addition to the Linked team, Penelope is a multidisciplinary designer and project manager who brings her expertise in to each project she undertakes. Penelope attained an Advanced Diploma of Interior Design in 2013 and has since developed as a talented young professional who thrives in a team environment.
Penelope is country bred and raised which provides for a strong work ethic with sensible and honest values. She loves the outdoors, skiing and spending time with family and friends.
Since earning his architecture degree in 2014, Liam has been fortunate enough to have been directly exposed to a number of international projects across a variety of sectors. He takes great pride in his work, with his down to earth personality and humor allowing him to quickly form strong and trusting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Having worked extensively with both Gucci and Mapletree, Liam understands the complexities in managing international clients. He recognises the importance of analysing and understanding clients individual design and procurement guidelines to ensure their deliverables are successfully met.
Liam’s sense of adventure and autonomy has enabled him to travel the world and relocate down under. Moving to Sydney from the UK in 2014, he has embraced the Aussie millennial way of life, and spends the majority of his weekends (and money) eating overpriced smashed avo on toast.
Demi is an integral part of the Linked team and displays incredible project management skills with several key clients and projects. She has a razor-sharp focus and drive, with incredible attention to detail, proving herself to be a valuable member of our team.
She is a lateral thinker who thrives in a team environment. With prior experience as an Interior Designer, she’s adept at managing multiple projects across all sectors and we constantly marvel at her energy and enthusiasm.
She is the ultimate pocket-rocket with a huge love and passion for food, people and travel.
Alex is an essential part of Linked, bringing to the team a combination of interests and experience that support the outstanding outcomes we provide for our project partners and clients. As an undergraduate of Construction Management at UWS, and eager to develop her skills in client-side project management, Alex’s enthusiasm and keen attention to detail have all the hallmarks of a career that will develop from strength to strength.
From letting her competitive side flourish though her passion for sport to expressing her creative mind through painting, Alex’s hobbies and passions support her professional skills of innovative problem solving and focussed approach to all aspects of project work.
Alex’s exuberance and drive motivates her interpretation of projects from a contemporary perspective. She is looks forward to traveling the world and drawing upon various ideas from around the globe to apply to her projects. Her passion for health and fitness has developed her determination, while her creative background enables her ability to provide ‘outside-the-box’ solutions to any problem.
Kerry is quite simply the glue which holds the Linked team together and is an integral part of the team, overseeing everything from our day-to-day operations to marketing, administration, office management and, most importantly, preserving and enhancing our team culture.
Kerry has a positive approach and relishes the opportunity to get involved with all aspects of our business. She brings a quiet maturity and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcomes for our team, matched by a stellar reputation for servicing clients. She is able to quickly build authentic and lasting relationships which she leverages daily to ensure exceptional delivery and service.
She has a wealth of experience gained over twenty years, working in both Sydney and London for companies such as Lendlease, Siren Design and Trafalgar Corporate Group. She has a genuine interest in construction and interior design and feels that working in project management perfectly encompasses all her skills and passions in one. Having moved to Sydney from London with her young family, Kerry has totally embraced the Aussie weather and lifestyle and can be found starting her day watching the sunrise and walking her two favourite children (the dogs) along Curl Curl beach.
