LInked were engaged by Mosman Council to assist with the design development, procurement and delivery of one of their key assets – the Mosman Civic Centre. This included the main office refurbishment, council chambers, community spaces and the replacement of the building’s mechanical system and roof. It was essential to keep the core office staff operational during the project, meaning design, delivery and procurement was managed off-site at a facility that served as a ‘swing space’ during the main works.

The scope was extended during project by Mosman Council – to include the construction of a new library and roof replacement works, all delivered within the existing program and strict budgetary controls.
