Sisters of the Good Samaritan

The project was plagued by all the things which clients should be warned about – wrong architect, wrong delivery strategy and poor contractor selection. Linked’s principal involvement rescued the project with the engagement of a new architect and a restructure of the contract to protect the Sisters’ risk profile and reduce further cost blow-outs.

The development was delivered adjacent to an operational existing hall and live school classrooms; so it was essential that noise, dust, materials handling and subcontractor engagement was managed diligently.
