Linked Project Management were engaged by Mapletree to undertake the remediation of non compliant cladding following a rigorous investigative and testing regime across the company’s portfolio of properties in Australia.

The works generally involved replacement of cladding on the soffit of the main feature awning, shopfront portals and columns along the front facade. The project was delivered within budget and achieved a Certificate of FinaI inspection in accordance with authority requirements.
