Mapletree Asset Management (Brisbane)

In order to make 144 Montague Road, South Brisbane align with building standards, Mapletree requested the replacement of non-compliant ACP cladding on the external facades. Further investigation in to the polyethylene (PE) content of the ACP cladding at 144 Montague Road revealed several different types of panels ranging from 38% to 97% PE. All panels were considered non-compliant under the product
ban so a full cladding replacement was proposed. The replacement works were carried out under a Building Permit with Brisbane Council and were completed in March 2021
