This vibrant retail centre in Sydney’s North West offers a ‘homemaker and lifestyle’ destination for the region’s growing population. The 40,000m2 site includes a range of popular retail outlets which surrounds a central
architecturally-designed dining precinct.

The building was constructed with precast and a portal frame structure over two (2) levels on the northern side. The development included 28 bulky good retailers , six (6) food and beverage tenancies and 140-person childcare serviced by over 180 car spaces.

Linked worked initially with Hargreaves Property Group to facilitate the authority approvals and contractor selection process prior to them selling the asset to LaSalle Investment Management. Our role then expanded beyond that of the superintendent of the contract to also be the independent certifier for the
development management agreement between the parties.
