Local Government Super wanted to reposition one of their valuable assets at 76 Berry Street in North Sydney. Works undertaken were a ground floor upgrade, new end of trip facility, lift upgrade, refresh works to the front entry and a number of makegoods throughout the floors. The incumbent café was also refurbished at the same time to ensure maximum value for occupants and guests. All works were staged to minimise disruption to the tenants and gym which remained operational 24/7.
