This project focused on the redevelopment and refurbishment of an existing property, including the expansion of the lower ground level, a main level
renovation and addition of an upper level and swimming pool.

Initial engagement by the client was with design firm, Watershed Design, which then transferred to Red Blue Architects. Linked facilitated the DA
documentation and Construction Certificate. Despite initial concerns and obstacles, Linked ensured the project was completed on time and on budget, exceeding owners expectations.
