As part of the ongoing management of projects for Mapletree Asset Management’s portfolio, Linked were engaged to assist with the repositioning of their property at 67 Albert Avenue, Chatswood to attract new tenants to the
building.

Works included the makegood and upgrade of 500m2 – over five tenancies, two lift lobbies and amenities. The project was completed in an accelerated time-frame with careful stakeholder management ensuring minimal disruption to the tenants in occupation.
