Hollard Group engaged Linked to facilitate the engagement of a ‘best in class’ design team to work collaboratively to develop a re-imagined workspace environment in North Sydney. With challenges related to culture, environment and technology impacting businesses, Hollard wanted the establishment of a new workspace, in a new local, to reignite the culture. Striving to create a workplace of the future which embraces technology and innovative collaboration spaces, Hollard had a vision to excite and encourage staff to return to the office in the post-pandemic world Linked played a critical role to ensure all workstreams had clarity of their roles, responsibilities, deliverables and milestones and provided a holistic offering from inception through to completion of the project. This project also involved the make-good of the existing premises and relocation to the new space, all within extremely tight deadlines.34
