Bank of China – Perth

Allendale Square is a 32 storey building constructed in 1976 in the heart of Perth CBD. The prestigious skyscraper has recently undergone major refurbishments incorporating new end of trip facilities, lobby upgrades, cafes and restaurants, as well as an upgrade to the ‘underground’ food arcade.

The project included concept design incorporating open tellers, vault, storage rooms, workstations and breakout area. Completed at the end of 2021, the branch is 861.7sqm comprising of both back of house office space for staff and a retail branch.
