Linked facilitated the new construction of The North Shore Specialist Day Hospital (NSSDH) – a leading day hospital facility comprising of treatment rooms, two operating theatres and associated recovery areas. The clinic offers multiple procedures including fertility, endoscopy, colonoscopy and Ear, Nose Throat surgeries.

The brief was to introduce a medical facility within a commercial building which required Class 9A approvals and access and integration of specialist medical equipment and gases. Furthermore, a centralised plant was upgraded to introduce Hepafilters to maintain a safe and sterile environment. All of this achieved on time and budget, yet the space still conveys a welcoming arrival, with a sense of care and warmth.
