Moore Park Supa Centa

This complex and challenging project involved the full refurbishment of the homemaker and lifestyle shopping centre and the addition of 6,500m2 of retail space. The project was carefully coordinated to ensure that tenants remained operational during the works and included the construction of a level 2 extension, re-construction of part of the atrium space and refurbishment of the ground floor. In addition, there was a redevelopment of the gallery level to become an extension of the ground and level 1 malls. The works also included the lessor works obligations under the Agreement of Lease with Harvey Norman and the upgrade of the lower car park and associated entries.
