GYG Kippax Street, Surry Hills

When Guzman Y Gomez had outgrown their head office, the search for a new property was challenged by a false start in one location, and with an end-of-lease deadline fast closing in. Linked and the project team had to work in top gear to complete their new HQ. The new location is a stone’s throw from their previous office in Surry Hills, with the design reflecting the industrial aesthetic of the building with an urban ‘street’ edge overtone.

Founder, Mark Steven’s passion for Mexican art and artists features heavily in the spaces. Finished within the compressed timeline and with careful management of their budget, Guzman Y Gomez now have a new workspace which allows them to work both collaboratively and in private when required, complete with margarita machine for Friday afternoon meetings.
