Gucci’s Sydney Westfield Flagship store has proven to be a pinnacle asset, displaying exponential growth, strong brand awareness and phenomenal marketing attributes.

With such success, Gucci had obtained additional real estate within Westfield Sydney on Level 3 to expand their retail presence and storage capability.

The additional space provided a new entrance within Westfield and a ‘VIP Side Entrance’ from Castlereagh Street. Given the success of the store, Linked were engaged as the local partner to work with the Regional store planning team in Singapore to facilitate the contractor selection, Lessor Works (Cat1) and construction delivery in a manner that was staged so that retail trade could continue.
