Frasers Property Group, one of Australia’s leading diversified property groups, undertook a refurbishment of their existing office space in Rhodes. The project involved careful staff relocations and coordination with other tenants to deliver a high-end, open-plan workplace environment.

Frasers achieved WELL accreditation, attaining Australia’s first ‘Gold’ standard.

BVN’s design created an inspiring town hall space to unite the business, constructing a 230 sqm void within a live building—a complex challenge that resulted in a striking, functional centerpiece for the office.
