CHAPTER + CO appointed Linked to act as a single point of contact Project Manager to assist with their Storage Portfolio expansion across a total of four sites in Hornsby, Berkeley Vale, Rutherford and Mascot.

Our project engagement focused on the site at Rutherford with responsibilities including (but are not limited to) pre-construction works, approvals, AS4902 contract negotiations and cost management based off an ECI process with JDV.

The project consisted of the construction of two (2) new storage facilities on a partially vacant lot. The existing, operational facilities already existing on the eastern side of the plot had to remain secure and safe and available to members of the public whilst expansion works were underway.

Concept plans for the sites included dual storey, lightweight self-storage buildings under an expanded footprint with ample car parking facilities.
