An innovative fitout that reimagines workplace design to foster collaboration and creativity, leveraging technology, VR, and robotics within the existing studio. The space promotes teamwork and creative thinking through diverse settings and acts as an incubator for innovation via ongoing research projects, data collection, and exploration of new ways of working.
As part of the project, BVN collaborated with The University of Sydney (USYD) on an applied research initiative investigating the use of robotic construction and advanced manufacturing technologies, enabling greater flexibility in the design process. The fitout also eliminated Cat6 field cabling, replacing it with fibre to support truly agile and adaptable working. All desks and teams are fully mobile, connected via the spherical globe (pictured right and centre).
Linked was proud to contribute to this award-winning fitout, which was recognised in the 2019 National Architecture Awards for Workplace Design.
