BaptistCare The Grange

Linked are engaged by BaptistCare to oversee the completion of the master plan at The Grange Retirement Village, based on the rural fringe of Wagga Wagga. The completed village will yield 196 single storey villas, 34 duplexes, upgraded community centre including pool, mens shed and a vineyard.
The BC2 project included the management of design development, authority approvals, tendering and construction delivery of 37 independent seniors living dwellings (ILU’s) including road construction delivery within an existing ‘live’ community environment.

Linked is engaged to coordinate and manage the upcoming fit-out project of The Grange Village retirement expansion – based on the rural fringe of south east Wagga Wagga.
