Linked is engaged to coordinate and manage the upcoming fit-out project of The Grange Village retirement expansion – based on the rural fringe of south east Wagga Wagga.

The village is proposed to yield 196 single story villas (159 existing, 70 being developed), community centre including pool, caravan store, men’s shed and a vineyard.

Linked will assist with the delivery of the additional 70 dwellings & community centre expansion in various stages of completion, including supporting roads and infrastructure.
The project engages with Local Regional based building and civil contractors and trades as well as professional services firms for the design and engineering services.
