Linked is engaged to assist with the authority approvals, finalisation of contractor selection and construction delivery (including renovation) of the existing heritage premises on Darling Street, Balmain (a former restaurant site).

With the head contractor terminated following substantial commencement including demolition, basement excavation, shoring and piling works, Grindley has been engaged under an Early Contractor Involvement agreement and is working closely with Linked to manage budget, timeline and key deliverables.

The development will be an eighty (80) place Early Learning Centre and the project will encompass the construction and fitout delivery of a new build centre and the complete renovation of the existing heritage building adjacent, including external landscaping and playgrounds and the construction of a six (6) car basement carpark.
