Office Fitout Project

Alceon engaged Linked to provide project management services for the refurbishment of their entire floor plate. The extensive 600 m² fitout included the creation of three new kitchen areas, 49 workstations, 10 offices, and six meeting rooms, delivering state-of-the-art facilities for Alceon and their subsidiaries.

Linked collaborated closely with Evolve, Monika Branagan, and Aston to meet the project’s high-quality expectations. The transformation involved significant partition works to maximise natural light, enhance acoustic performance, and optimise the existing layout.

Commencing in June 2024, the accelerated program was completed by September 2024. This fitout represents a milestone achievement for Alceon, providing a premium workspace that supports their continued excellence.
