1G Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes – ACP Façade

Linked were engaged by Mapletree Pty Ltd early in 2019 to undertake a review of consultancy works provided by others with respect to the existence of Aluminium Composite Panelling (ACP) on seven properties in their Australian portfolio.

Linked identified two assets that could be pursued under a fire safety strategy, these strategies have been negotiated with the relevant state Fire Brigades and those authorities having jurisdiction, the other five assets required full replacement. The five assets were tendered as a package and the strategy achieved savings in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Linked are fully versed in the identification, strategic implementation and remedial rectification of ACP on affected buildings nationally across Australia.
