1A Queenscliff

With the existing three (3) unit building falling into disrepair, the Strata made the collective decision to invest in redeveloping the residential building in its entirety.

The cliff-front, luxurious redevelopment consists of two major components – the base build works and the internal fitout works. Prior to Linked’s engagement, the project was structured in a way to deliver the fitout works separately to the base build works. This Class 2 cliffside residence above Freshwater and Manly pushed the Linked team to new heights.
