Mapletree identified an opportunity to reinvigorate the tenant experience following several vacancies, with a focus on modernising lift lobbies, amenities and floor plates to attract appropriately scaled tenants. To support the successful leasing of two suites on Level 19, Linked was engaged to manage the design and construction of targeted test fits in parallel with the broader upgrade works. Recognising the limited budget, Linked completed a full test fit for the smaller suite and showcased the larger suite’s flexibility through curated furniture layouts, display boards, concept plans and local area highlights—allowing prospective tenants to envision a tailored solution without committing to a fixed fitout.
Linked delivered the project to market in record time, developing a procurement and delivery strategy aligned with Mapletree’s guidelines while navigating COVID-19 requirements. The project concluded with Linked managing the building and facilities cleaning tender process, leveraging our longstanding experience and partnership with Mapletree.
