11 Waymouth St, Adelaide

Following Mapletree’s acquisition of the A-grade office tower at 11 Waymouth Street, Linked was engaged to reimagine the ground floor and plaza to elevate the commercial arrival experience and attract a high-quality food and beverage mix. Working with leading consultants including Woods Bagot, WSP and Durie Design, Linked delivered a design outcome that increased asset value, secured top-tier restaurateurs such as MasterChef finalist Callum Hann, and introduced sculptural plaza elements inspired by Jamie Durie to create a vibrant, welcoming public space.

Mapletree also entrusted Linked to unlock further value through a new 500m² mezzanine and a series of complex upgrades delivered within a live environment, including fire safety enhancements and the replacement of non-compliant ACP cladding. With added improvements such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a refreshed building identity and refined environmental controls, the project now offers a seamless and contemporary connection from Waymouth Street to Victoria Square—setting a new benchmark for this landmark building.
