BUILDING REPOSITION, COMMERCIAL ENTRY, END OF TRIP, LIFT & SERVICES UPGRADE
Linked delivered a comprehensive upgrade to an existing building, revitalising the asset through structural strengthening, the installation of a 120-tonne rooftop sprinkler tank, upgraded essential services, and a centralised plant to bring the building back to life.
The project also repositioned the asset with a retail refresh, a modern commercial entry and prominent building identification signage through a new awning, enhancing the property’s appeal and functionality.
Adding further complexity, Sumner secured a long-term lease with the US Consulate, requiring major tenant works to safeguard the premises against security risks. Coordinated across all disciplines, the project successfully balanced operational requirements, tenant protections, and aesthetic enhancements, delivering a fully revitalised, future-ready asset.
